Overview

This MP3 Player application is a simple, GUI-based music player created with Python. It supports basic playback controls, volume control and wallpaper customization.

Installation and Setup:

Extract your .zip folder.

Ensure any mp3 files you wish to play are in the same directory as the exe.

How to Use the MP3 Player:

Run the Application:

Double-click mp3player.exe to start the player.

Controls and Features:

Play: Select a song from the list and click Play to start playback.

Pause/Unpause: Click Pause to temporarily stop playback. Click Unpause to resume.

Stop: Click Stop to halt playback completely.

Volume Control: Use the volume slider to adjust the playback volume (0-100%).

Set Wallpaper: Click Set Wallpaper to choose a .png file from the current folder as the app's background.

Favorites:

Add/Remove Favorite: Select a song from the list and click Toggle Favorite to add it to (or remove it from) your favorites.

View Favorites: Your current favorites appear in a dedicated list at the bottom.

Save and Load Favorites: Favorites are saved automatically to favorites.txt and are loaded whenever the app starts.

Troubleshooting

Favorites Not Saving: Verify that the script has permission to create and write to favorites.txt in the script’s directory.

Icon Not Displaying: Ensure icon.png is a valid PNG file and in the same directory as the script.

Songs Not Loading: Check "path.txt" if it doesn't say the file directory that the script is in, then use the source version
